Hello, and Thank You for visiting Tom Whitman's Guide Service! Let me tell you a little about myself. I have been a year round resident of Boulder Junction Wisconsin for 12 years. Like many others I am a transplant to this area. In my younger years I grew up in sunny Southern California fishing for everything that swims; from trophy Largemouth Bass in the lakes and reservoirs to Yellowfin Tuna off the Pacific Coast. I was a tournament bass fisherman for 10+ ears with many 1st place and "Top Ten" finishes within the American Bass Association.
About the Fishing! Through countless days and nights on the water I have worked hard to uncover local "Hot Spots" while perfecting the techniques necessary to produce fish from them. I am based out of Boulder Junction Wisconsin - "The Musky Capital of the World"! My trips are not limited to just musky. I also specialize in Walleye, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, and Panfish. I fish 20+ lakes across the Boulder Junction, Presque Isle, and Manitowish Waters areas. Lake selection depends on seasonal patterns and the ever changing weather conditions. My season starts as soon as ice goes out and ends when the lakes freeze up.
